Skiing!!!

My poor, deprived kids finally got to go skiing yesterday. They have been begging all year to learn, I just kept putting it off. Hagen and I had a funny conversation about learning to ski about a month ago. He came home from school one day saying that his friend told him if he wanted to do ski lessons then he had to go on that day. I told him we didn't need someone else to teach him to ski and that I could teach him. He replied "Ya like some dumbass". I was laughing too hard to get mad at him because it sounded exactly like something his dad would say. So yesterday we proved we didn't need some dumbass to teach him to ski! All it took was some edgie wedgies and me and my niece Taylor.

Kendell stopping to smile for the camera. She said skiing was even funner than she thought it would be. She did so good!

February Fun!!!

Kendell and I on the snowmobile, this is me before the helmet hair. This is a typical Sunday afternoon for us, family comes over and we play in the snow. I pulled the kids behind the snowmoble in a sleigh for like two hours. They had so much fun and the snow was awesome.

Hagen ready for a ride with Dad

Kacey and Hagen went to Monster Jam on Friday night. Here is Hagen with his ear plugs on. They must have worked good because he fell asleep during the show.

Nothing to Blog About

So I have nothing exciting to blog about, probably beacause we haven't been doing anything exciting lately. Thought I would share this with you. I love Jim's pranks on Dwight! This is from last weeks episode, the whole thing was super funny. They spent the entire time debating whether Hilary Swank is hot or not. If you don't watch The Office you should start right now.

Love These Girls!!!

Me, Kelli and Shelley

Magen and Reven

Over Christmas break I went to breakfast with my old Valley friends. We have been friends since Elementary school and they just don't make them any better than these girls. It was so dang good to see all of them! We don't do very good at staying in touch, but it was just like no time had passed at all. We laughed about the old days and could've gone on talking all day. Thanks for all the great memories girls!

BirThDaY gIrL !!!

Kendell turned 7 yesterday. She has been waiting and counting down to this day for so long. She had such a great day and got spoiled by everyone as usual. Her birthday started bright and early, she got to open one present before school. We had Kacey's family and my parents over for dinner. Kendell is so lucky to share her birthday with her Great Grandpa Jardine, so we always have a joint party at our house.

So excited to get this doll!

Christmas catch-up

Hagen on Christmas Eve at my parent's
We had a great Christmas and New Years! We have been so busy I have had no time to blog about any of it. We've had parties, been to movies, played in the snow with cousins, sleepovers with cousins and tons of other stuff. Hopefully everything will settle down now that the kids are back to school.
Kendell on Christmas Eve, she got the cutest musical jewelry box from my mom and dad. She has hardly put it down since and it is the reason for her big smile.

Hagen got this tool set from Kacey's parents. He was in heaven and has found many uses for his real tools already.

Kendell loved her "Bitty Baby"

Hagen was sick poor kid threw up 4 times Christmas morning. Luckily, he got feeling better pretty quickly and was able to enjoy his toys.
